Completing the Great Commission in Uganda

Having completed our fall evangelistic campaign (Phase I) in Uganda, and our campaign to conserve the harvest (Phase II), we began our Phase III campaign for completing the Great Commission on February 1, 2026.

Many of the activities are the same in Phase III as in Phase II, such as people getting saved, baptized, filled with the Holy Spirit, baptized with fire, receiving deliverance, healing, miracles, etc., as the new believers and existing ones continue to be discipled, attend Life Transformation Groups (LTGs), and become part of the new fellowships, even as some new fellowships may continue to be established, elders appointed and set in.

However, the new focus is on discipleship, multiplication of disciples, and leadership development, (as well as possibly establishing more new fellowships as the need arises). Once we have appointed elders in these fellowships, they will serve under the oversight of our brother Grace (pictured above), who has been trained in our DTS and has decades of experience in ministry.

Our Lord said in His Great Commission, which is our marching orders as soldiers of Christ:

"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Mat 28:18-20)

We are going, we are making disciples, we are baptizing them, we are teaching them to obey everything our Lord commanded the original disciples in the gospels, including the Great Commission, in which he commanded us to do all of the above. We are casting a vision for multiplication among the new believers, that if they do what we are doing, making disciples and teaching them to do all that Jesus commanded, then their disciples will also be making disciples and teaching them to do all that Jesus commanded.

Below you will find our updates for this Phase III campaign (all photos at link above):

April 6, 2026

Dear brother Len,

I thank God who has been so good to us and faithful to keep us in the follow up throughout the 5 locations last week!

Generally it had many challenges including rains and bad roads! However, we thank God for the victory in Him!

Kindly rejoice with me as you go through this update:

1. Awawal:
85% LTG compliance. It was so lovely being with brother Vincent in leadership development, and the fellowship generally. He also joined us to go to Acida and Ongole fellowships. We had time sharing the Word with believers on repentance, water and the Holy Spirit baptisms where we had the evidence of speaking in tongues.

2. Alitimon:
We had follow-ups here with brother Peter and Joseph, where the brethren got encouraged and strengthened. It was a wonderful experience going through leadership development with them. They had 80% LTG compliance.

3. Amidakan:
More souls came to the Lord as we went out for follow-up and evangelism done. The LTG compliance was 100%. Praying and trusting God for elders.

4  Ongole:
We praise God for multiplication in this particular fellowship! I experienced a good number come to the Lord and also joined the LTGs. 88% LTG compliance. Most of these converts are young people and are being discipled. Still praying for an elder.

5. Acida:
Brother let's rejoice together for the amazing things God is doing in Acida! LTG compliance 85%. Brother Bosco the ex witch is now very happy with his new life; he rejoiced upon seeing our team. He told me his elder daughter Jane who had been missing out of home since birth reappeared last Saturday and that we should pray for her deliverance. Jane is about 32 years old; I preached to her and she came to the Lord with her 3 sisters. The whole family of about 10 are now happily born again. Another man by the name Juven who has been a heavy alcoholic and divorced his wife with 9 children gave his life to the Lord. Discipleship is being maintained, healing, deliverance. Brother Moses wasn't around as he went for a relatives burial; brother Stephen and Sam were with us in leadership development.

6. Ginnery:
75% LTG compliance. Brother Amos told me they went out for evangelism, but more prayers needed as the village is Moslem and Catholic dominated.

7. Amen B:
The fellowship reported by brother William and Lawrence is registering some growth. They went out for evangelism and discipleship is on going. 70% LTG compliance. Brother Mike's eye is slowly getting better.

8 Otucopi:
75% LTG compliance. Brother Charles is maintaining  a firm position in the Lord as they continue in discipleship.

I have heard from both brother Daniel and Alex while brother Paul is still taken up in his fishing. They reported 75% LTG compliance.

11. Mbale:
Brother Davis reports 95% LTG compliance.

12. Kampala:
Brother Francis and John are actively reaching out with a few members and having discipleship. Their LTG compliance was 80%.

13. Celtel:
Brother Yokolamu reports to me they had their LTGs meet (77% compliance). Brother Peter did not show up; could be he is still taken up by the loss of his daughter.

14. Awoja:
Brother Moses was in touch; 85% LTG compliance. I also talked with brother Julius who told me his wife Rose is still getting treatment. More prayers needed for her total healing. This situation has affected their general involvement in the fellowship; hopefully soon it will be well.

The grace, peace and love of the Lord be yours forever,

Your brother,
Grace.

He is actively participating in leadership development and discipleship. There are more deliverances and healings taking place.

6. Awawal:
I am aware of this one fellowship actively reaching out to their neighbors; as brother Vincent leads. There was a 70% LTG compliance. Brother Moses and Patrick were out of touch! Brother Julius is very responsive, spiritually growing and very helpful in the fellowship with his wife sister Rose who hasn't recovered fully from a blood clot. There is fellowship growth as one  Dorcus came to the Lord, plus discipleship taking place.

Brother Len, we are one with you in moving forward this marvelous work; thank you for the mentorship, and for laboring with us as we bring the love of Christ to our communities! Grace, peace and love to you abundantly.

March 21, 2026

Dear brother Len,

I hope this update finds you well in the Lord.

Mbale Fellowship:

We thank God for the gift of life in Him; He is great!

The fellowship here under bro Davis continues to progress well; the believers together with him are going out to the harvest, continue being discipled, being delivered and filled in the Holy Spirit. Out of the 5 LTGs, bro Davis says 3 met this week, making 70% compliance. Brother Len this village needs more of our prayers to be delivered; most men oppress their wives. The spirit of drunkenness and immorality should be dealt away with. But the good news is that the believers are growing, being discipled and leadership development is taking place.

Acida Fellowship:

We are continuing well with the discipleship of the believers, deliverance, Holy Spirit baptism and leadership development for the elders. These believers are excited reading and discovering the Bible for the first time in life! The topics you sent me are very helpful to train the elders. I'm so happy to learn LTG meetings are being observed. Brother Moses and others report out of the 19 LTGs,16 met this week ( 70% compliance).

Ginnery Fellowship, (6 km away from Soroti town):

Hi bro Len, this newly established fellowship is as a result of our evangelistic outreaches of mid last year with bro Amos in a populated Moslem and Catholic village. I was so much feeling an urge in me to visit and make a follow-up. Since brother Amos stays within, he happens to host the fellowship in his compound as you can see in the pic. About 28 had come to the Lord, most youths who are part of the fellowship are attending school. Deliverance, healing and Holy Spirit baptism are on going. They have been introduced to discipleship and bro Amos is taking care of this fellowship; im developing leadership in him.

Prayer points:

1. Brother Michael as you may see in the pic, is part of the helping team in Amen B fellowship. He was pierced in the eye by an object while clearing his garden for planting; we pray the eye isn't damaged and that he gets healed.

2. Sister Rose of Awoja fellowship is admitted in Soroti referral hospital with a blood clot in her left leg; the situation isn't good. We pray the clot shouldn't reach the lungs, total healing in Jesus' Mighty Name. But in all these Jesus reigns forevermore.

The grace, peace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ be yours abundantly,

Your fellow servant,

Br Grace.

March 14, 2026
Greetings dear brother Len in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Kindly receive our update of this week for the 3 locations:

Amen B Fellowship:

I have witnessed growth here; the disciples are getting to the harvest themselves! They had their contact friends, 3 men and 3 ladies who were converted to the Lord this week, making the number of 21 believers,6 LTGs formed. Brother William and Lawrence report that 3 LTGs met this week, making it 50% compliance. We are handling the areas of the Holy Spirit baptism and water baptism and deliverance teachings. Leadership development is a priority, and vision casting for all as we teach them the great commission.

Nakatunya Fellowship:

The disciples and the elders being discipled, observing Jesus' commands and going out to the harvest is now one of their goals. The LTGs are 28; brother Boniface says 18 groups met this week, 60-70% compliance. We also had time for follow-up visits in some believers' homes. The Holy Spirit baptism and speaking of tongues is a clear manifestation in this fellowship, plus they have come up with the program of deliverance once in a month, I real love and commend them.

Pingire fellowship:

We have had a challenge of one of the sons of brother David also falling sick with poor eye sight like his father. We have had prayer for him and he is improving; meanwhile David himself is still having eyesight problems with a slight improvement; he can try to walk on his own without guidance. We haven't had time for mentoring brother Paul and Alex who were not around, brother Daniel was with us in leadership development. He reports that there are 12 LTGs, out of which 8 met this week, giving us 60% compliance. Discipleship remains key and vision casting  commenced well.

We thank God for His grace as we didn't have major road challenges, there have been minimal rains this week.

Grace and peace to you dear brother.

Your bro in the harvest,
Grace

March 9, 2026

Greetings dear brother Len in Jesus' Mighty Name. Kindly receive our update for these 4 locations.

Alitimon Fellowship:

We have had time with brothers elder Peter and Joseph; developing leadership in them, the LTGs  and discipleship is going on well with 8 LTGs being observed. LTG compliance 65%,

Awawal Fellowship:

There is growth in numbers ,3 gave their lives to the Lord making it 48 believers in total. Brother elder Vincent continues being mentored in leadership. The number of LTGs is 14, and discipleship and multiplication is evident. LTG compliance 80%,

Ongole Fellowship:

This one Fellowship still needs prayers to identify elders; but the believers are joyfully attending LTGs and discipleship. Plus more prayers needed to overcome the witchcraft prevalent in this village; we thank God we are here for Jesus, and Victory assured. LTG compliance 55%,

Amidakan Fellowship:

Dear brother Len,  this is a newly established Fellowship along Soroti Lira road. I have been praying for this heavily dominated Catholic village for years ; we thank God for the major breakthrough! 10 people came to the Lord yesterday. We have started discipling them and so far 3 LTGs have been formed. I was especially touched by the way Francis and his wife Sarah, and their son Geoffrey warmly welcomed us in their home, and readily opened their hearts for the Lord!! I kindly let you know that taking pics in some communities is challenging, but will definitely send to you with time.

Grace, peace and love to you,

Br Grace.

March 2, 2026

1. Otucopi Fellowship:

The fellowship here is improving in terms of numbers; we have 3 who have given their lives to the Lord making the number 25. Brother Charles is committed to checking on the LTGs on weekly basis and the level of compliance from the LTG s is 45%. The major challenge to our discipleship here as many other locations is illiteracy. We are yet to baptize them with water soon. The teaching on the Holy Spirit and repentance is on. I note they are committed to learning with willing hearts.

2. Awoja Fellowship:

Brother Len, this is a steady, fast growing fellowship in numbers and spiritually!

Julius, the husband to sister Rose who hosts the Church, accepted the Lord yesterday with another three ladies, making the total number of 39 believers. We were all overjoyed, especially sister Rose, as brother Julius has been defiant generally!

The teachings especially on repentance have got a wonderful reception. We are preparing them for a soon water baptism, plus deliverance is continuing with tangible results. Elder Moses (pictured on the left at this link) and Patrick are checking on the LTGs every week (60% compliance). Elder Stephen reported back to school, so he is not with us for now. Leadership development is taking place well.

NB. Here is a testimony from sister Rose: "She has never attended a Catholic Church for 3 years; that they are fed up with Catholicism!" They shared a lot of Catholic secrets with us that are so shocking!! They are overjoyed, we went to them with the gospel at the right time, and we're thanking God for saving them.

Grace and peace to you,

Br Grace.

March 1, 2026

Praise the Lord brother,

I'm so encouraged (by the song, Lord of the Harvest), as I'm in the harvest seeing souls come to the Lord every time we go out.

It just got me when I had finished talking with brother Robert on phone this morning. The Lord saved him yesterday when I went to pray for his sick mother Margaret, who had a stroke in her hand, and the Lord healed her. Brother Robert also had hepatitis B, I prayed for him and trusting the Lord for his healing. They will have another appointment with us in their home soon of Oderai in Soroti.

I thank God for the grace given to us in the harvest!

The Celtel fellowship is progressing well with elders, brothers Peter and Yokolamu in touch as far as their weekly LTGs are concerned; they are fairly being observed 50%. Hopefully this will improve in weeks to come. Discipleship is moving on well, plus (we're continuing with) prayers for healing and deliverance, the teachings of repentance and baptisms being conducted. There is a slight growth of  numbers. I emphasized the elders to regularly commit themselves to the weekly program. Moreover, leadership development is wonderfully taking place.

Grace and peace from the Lord to you,

Br Grace.

February 28, 2026
Dear brother Len,

This very elderly sister Elizabeth (see photo), our first of the salvation fruits in the Celtel fellowship location in Pallisa. She has been vibrant in the faith, trusting in Jesus! Her sons and grand children all have come to the Lord. This fellowship is growing by God's grace. There are LTG s formed and ongoing, leadership growth and discipleship generally. We have always been welcomed here with joyous hearts. Brother Peter and brother Yokohama are committed to the oversight of the fellowship. We meet under a very big mango tree for our fellowships. Today has been wonderful with more joining us; we give God all the honor and glory,

Br Grace.

February 21, 2026

Hi dear brother Len,

I thank God always for you and everyone walking with us because of the grace of God given us for the work of ministry!

9. Pingire- Serere:

Water baptism: 15 were water baptized, with three other onlookers who came and gave their lives to Jesus; that made the number of the baptized to be 18.

We conducted also the Holy Spirit baptism in 2 separate instances; there was an evidence of speaking of tongues and fire baptism.

We had 20 new salvations, all together totaling to 31 with those before.

Miracles, healing and deliverance: Christine was healed from body pain and delivered from evil spirits, plus others. Her husband David is blind, with loss of mind. We prayed for him, but still needs more prayers for total healing and deliverance.

LTGs; 9, discipleship is on going.

Elders; Alex, Daniel and Paul.

This particular Church location in the Teso region is close to the lake, bordering with the Busoga region of Uganda, which is on the other side of the lake. There is much witchcraft, poisoning, drunkenness, immorality; the people are living a life of fear, much poverty and hopelessness; more prayers needed for them.

10. Ongole:

Water baptism: 2

Holy Spirit and fire: 2 were water baptized, with the Holy Spirit and fire baptism.

New Salvations: 2

Healing, and deliverance: we continue to pray for the deliverance of the Ongole village; whole families face demonic attacks.

Numbers; 12

LTGs: 3

Elders: No man identified yet, pray with us for men to come to the Lord in this particular location.

11. Nakatunya.

Water baptism: 9

Holy Spirit and fire: 23 spoke in tongues and received fire baptism. Interestingly, even children of ages 10 or more real spoke in tongues (eg., this girl called Atuko received the Holy Spirit baptism and spoke powerfully in tongues!) I sensed the fire of the Lord amid prayer.

Healing, deliverance: many believers have been healed of the various sicknesses and diseases.

Numbers: 49, with 27 LTGs.

Discipleship is being conducted.

Elders: we have brother Bonface, Jerald, Mark.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Your fellow servant,

Grace.

Summary for this week
  • 3 new fellowships visited, out of the eleven that have been established
  • 22 salvations
  • 92 believers in these four fellowships
  • 39 LTGs
  • 6 elders were identified for leadership development, so that all fellowships have shepherds
  • 29 water baptisms
  • Numerous people at three fellowships were baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire, including children.
  • Healings and deliverances have been taking place.

Special prayer requests:
  • For the Lord to demolish demonic strongholds in the Ongole village, as well as Pingire- Serere in the Teso region.

  • For Christine's husband David in Pingire- Serere to be healed from blindness and for deliverance so that his mind would be completely restored.

February 16, 2026

Dear brother Len,

I thank God for His grace upon us as we continue with phase III, sharing this below:

5. Awawal Location, 9th- 10th:

We spent 2 days, 9th - 10th in this particular location; we were able to baptize 10 believers in a water site called Ojukot where I had conducted baptism decades ago for some believers.

There was evidence of the Holy Spirit, with speaking of tongues, and fire baptism.

We prayed for sister Martha’s father, who was in hospital; we see God's grace of healing upon him.

Discipleship for the believers is on going, plus 13 LTGs have been formed.

We have brother Vincent leading the fellowship, very committed with more joining especially children and the youths.

Their number is 45, which may have been more than this, since some youths have reported back to school.

In this location, one family decided to give their land for the Church, for possible Church structure.

6. Alitimon Location, 11th to 12th :

We baptized eight believers in Alitimon still at the Ojukot water site.

The believers here continue to experience the works of the Holy Spirit and fire baptism.

During healing and deliverance, brother Peter got healed of leg pain that he had suffered for a year.

Discipleship is conducted, with seven LTGs formed.

Brother Peter is caretaking the fellowship, along with another brother, Joseph.

So far the number of believers is 23.

7. Acida Location 13th to 14th:

In this location particularly, we experienced a very powerful move of God! We were praying and fasting all the time we were in this village, as we were aware of the heavy demonic activity there. We were warmly welcomed.

The new believers brought their Catholic rosaries, etc., and we burnt them as seen in the picture. This happened after sharing with them from the Scriptures about idol worship. They said they used the rosaries for prayer and protection.

The former witch called Bosco wasn't around, as he had traveled to Lango region, but his son exposed his father's continued witchcraft since coming to Christ; he went to one of the converts by the name of Sam, and gave him the pipe his father had been blowing, bewitching people. He is yet to bring out a small pot of 2 outlets, etc. [Bosco will be confronted about this when he returns. He will need to repent, ask God's forgiveness, renounce his witchcraft, burn the related tools of the trade, break curses off of himself and those whom he cast spells on, apologize to those he hurt, and make a fresh, new start.]

We continued teaching on salvation, baptism, etc. in this Catholic-dominated village, plus locating a water site for baptism next time when we visit.

The Lord worked, and 16 new people got born again.

We conducted a healing and deliverance session, where a girl called Sarah got healed of ear and eye problems after 4 years of suffering. She gave her life to the Lord as her Savior. She handed to me her rosary. Winnie also got delivered from demonic powers, plus the Lord filled her with the Holy Spirit and fire.

The number of the believers in Acida is 49, discipleship is going on , with 19 LTGs.

Brothers Stephen, Moses and Sam are actively caretaking the fellowship.

Sister Marculate is a widow in this fellowship. After sharing among themselves as a fellowship, the Lord touched her, and she gave part of her land for the Church in case of construction.

We had very good time with the believers and never wanted to part!

8. Amen B, a new fellowship:

I sent two of our brothers to this location ahead of us; this place had been my target area. I had planted a Church here years ago, but it closed due to challenges. We thank God it has revived, with a number of 10 new believers, totaling to 16.

Discipling of the new believers commenced, and four LTGS were formed.

Brother William and Lawrence are caretaking the new fellowship. The good news is that I have been closely walking in the Lord and working with these two brothers for a long time.

By God’s grace we are here in Soroti for a day's break before traveling to Pingire in Serere, etc.

The grace and peace of the Lord be yours forever, Amen,

Your fellow servant,

Bro Grace

Do You Want to Know Him?

If you want to know Jesus personally, you can. It all begins when you repent and believe in Jesus. Do you know what God's Word, the Bible says?

“Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.’” (Mar 1:14b-15). He preached that we must repent and believe.

Please see my explanation of this in my post called "Do You Want to Know Jesus?"
