Having completed our fall evangelistic campaign (
Phase I) in South Sudan, and our campaign to conserve the harvest (
Phase II), we began our Phase III campaign for completing the Great Commission on February 1, 2026.
Many of the activities are the same in Phase III as in Phase II, such as people getting saved, baptized, filled with the Holy Spirit, baptized with fire, receiving deliverance, healing, miracles, etc., as the new believers and existing ones continue to be discipled, attend Life Transformation Groups (LTGs), and become part of the new fellowships, even as some new fellowships may continue to be established, elders appointed and set in.
However, the new focus is on discipleship, multiplication of disciples, and leadership development, (as well as possibly establishing more new fellowships as the need arises). Once we have appointed elders in these fellowships, they will serve under the oversight of our brother Henry (pictured above), who has been trained in our DTS and has years of experience in ministry.
Our Lord said in His Great Commission, which is our marching orders as soldiers of Christ:
"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Mat 28:18-20)
We are going, we are making disciples, we are baptizing them, we are teaching them to obey everything our Lord commanded the original disciples in the gospels, including the Great Commission, in which he commanded us to do all of the above. We are casting a vision for multiplication among the new believers, that if they do what we are doing, making disciples and teaching them to do all that Jesus commanded, then their disciples will also be making disciples and teaching them to do all that Jesus commanded.
Below you will find our updates for this Phase III campaign (all photos at link above, once we post them):

Dear bro Len,
I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I no longer have words to explain how I feel about ministry, but I give God all the glory. DTS has done a great work in my life, and my being in constant contact with bro Len has given me a great opportunity to continue learning. One brother told me, that what we are doing in ministry, he has never seen it being done in other churches. He specified out the issue of discipleship. The concept of discipleship is not common in churches this side. I thank God because through LTG teachings I received from my course, I now Know that it's a powerful method to multiply disciples. Our numbers are increasing everyday.
Juba
God has really multiplied our numbers greatly. Everyday people are giving their lives to Jesus. We had massive deliverance during our Sunday service. Some people were delivered from evil spirits, and three women plus one gentleman were filled with the Holy Spirit. We also received three soldiers who joined us this Sunday, after giving their lives to Jesus in the course of the week. We always have intercession prayers very early in the morning every Sunday. Always few people turn up for this intercession program, but to my surprise now people are coming in big numbers for the intercession program which starts at 6:00am to 8:00am every Sunday. It's a sign that the Holy Spirit is at work. The number of women in the church has also increased to over 70, but 80% of these women are not working. This very week I had a special time with all the women in the church. And I taught them, that God doesn't just want them to serve Him and sit without working. God wants them to go and work so that He blessses the works of their hands. I also taught about tithe. I thank God, this morning I saw some women woke up early and went and collected greens to take the market and sell. The LTG Compliance is 95%.
Yambio.
The church in Yambio is moving well we thank God. Members are becoming more committed to fellowship. This week a number of four people accepted Jesus as their Lord and savior. LTG Compliance is 70%. There's a challenge of reading. What can I advise? Especially we have a number of people who want to join LTG groups, but how can I advise because they have to read 25 chapters a week, but they can't read and write. It's affecting the LTG meetings in Yambio.
Wau.
I was told that numbers of believers are increasing greatly. They have pointed out a few challenges from the community leaders but I encouraged them to be stronger in the Lord, and keep the work of God moving. LTG Compliance is 68%.
Rokon.
I was in Rokon for two days, and the church is moving well by the grace of God. The greatest challenge I saw was of security. The day I came from there, I discovered some people were attacked on their way back to Juba, and robbed seriously. I thank God for His devine protection over my life. LTG Compliance is 55%
Prayer altars.
We had a prayer in Juba at Moriok. It was really powerful, the neighbors all came. We prayed together and shared the word of God. Six people gave their lives to Jesus. In that area, we have formed three LTG groups and they are moving well. The LTG Compliance is 95%. Also the altar at Check Point is also doing well by the grace of God. I plan to visit it this week by the grace of God. The altar in Bor is also doing well. The LTG Compliance is 40%. This was affected greatly by the too much rains, which forced residents to shift from their homes. Some members went to far places which made it a bit hard to meet weekly. We are putting them in our prayers.
In conclusion, God is at work in South Sudan. I see a great revival in this country.

Dear bro Len,
I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Serving God is a wonderful thing, especially when you see people giving their lives to Jesus, repenting of their sins and becoming followers of Jesus Christ. We have been moving with my brothers and sisters preaching door to door. Most of them it's their first time experience, but I really give God the glory for the way He is using them. We now have a number of 45 people who have so far given their lives to Jesus. We have also seen people being delivered from demonic forces. We are a number of 13 members who are moving with the door to door gospel. 10 men, and 3 ladies. On our second day, one of our sisters by the name Amina got an attack to the extent she lost her mind. She couldn't tell what exactly was taking place, with to much trembling. She couldn't even talk. This happened at night before our night devotion. But I thank God, I just entered into deep prayers commanding the spirit to leave, and after some short time of intensive prayers, she opened her eyes. She then cleaned the form of saliva that was allover her mouth, but couldn't talk. I then commanded her to talk in the name of Jesus, and I said she should say, "Jesus." Then she said, "Jesus." That's how she was delivered. Another sister was pregnant, and labor pain started when we were in the field for door to door preaching. She was rushed to the hospital, and immediately she delivered a baby girl.

Dear bro Len,
I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I will begin by thanking God for the amazing things He is doing in South Sudan. This is a serious revival taking place in our country. I am a witness of souls giving their lives to Jesus in South Sudan. In the course of last week, I was preaching at funeral place through the night and people gave their lives to Jesus. As I was there, the Holy Spirit let me to also teach about adultery and polygamy. I discovered later that it was a big problem in the family that had lost the child, and the whole area.
In the morning was summoned for a meeting by the local leaders why do I come to them with a wrong teaching. They were threatening to take me to higher authorities. I started proving to them through the Word of God, that what I am teaching is the true gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Some of them were elders in Protestant churches, but were having more than one woman. I thank God the Holy Spirit ministered to them when I was talking to them, and they started writing down the Scriptures I was giving them. And one of the leaders apologized to me for the way I was attacked. They requested to invite me for another teaching about marriage, which I accepted.
I also contacted more people, teaching about LTGs to other members whom I saw with much zeal to serve God in Juba, and I distributed LTG forms to 15 members who started praying for the Holy Spirit to guide them to get LTG partners.
LTG Compliance in Wau is 60%, Rokon 50%, Yambio 70%, and Juba is 80%.
We have also started fundraising for speakers for evangelism at the state level, like the type I have in Juba. Because it's very important for evangelism, and also while ministering in a big gathering like funeral places. The already-established prayer altars are also doing well by the grace of God.
From the 26th of this month, we shall have a program in Juba which will run upto the end of the month. We shall be having intercession prayers and fasting from 6:00am to 3:00pm. And from 3:00pm to 6:00pm we shall now be moving from home to home preaching the gospel. We shall all be sleeping at the church. All those who have been attending the discipleship teachings will participate. I have seen much zeal to preach the gospel in those who are attending the LTG meetings.
I also thank God, there's a pastor within Juba by the names Komando, who heard about me teaching on radio, during the time when I was in Yambio. He organised a conference for 3 days in the church that he leads, and invited me to go and teach the leaders about discipleship. I was with them for three days teaching.
Attached are some photos. When I visited that church for a conference called source of life, from Juba and the states.

Dear bro Len,
I humbly greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I would love to begin by thanking...God...[for the] remarkable testimonies in the lives of people especially those who have received salvation, healing, deliverance, baptism of the Holy Spirit and those who have discovered that they are called by God. I am always the first to testify to the good things I discovered in line with the true gospel, as a result of your mentorship. I told God that I will forever continue testifying about what He (God) did in my life by connecting me to DTS. I now serve the God I understand, the true God, our Creator.
My mission to Western Equatorial was so amazing. I saw the power of God, and witnessed His protection over our lives. During our stay in the state, our main objectives were to equip the leaders through trainings and teachings, encouraging the body of Christ, baptism, deliverance, teaching more about LTG and establishing LTG groups among others, as we are led by the Holy Spirit. Many gave their lives to Jesus as we preached, we witnessed much deliverance from evil spirits, and others were filled by the Holy Spirit. Our numbers were increasing every day. We reached when they were around 10 in number in the church, including the elder, but when we left, the number had greatly increased and now has more than 50 members.
There was a false ministry, established by a false prophet called "One Ministries." They were selling water, oil, and handkerchiefs for healing. And people ignorantly were buying, until we started teaching the truth -- telling people that what you need is not only healing, but your name to be written in the book of life. You would rather die of sickness [knowing] your destiny is heaven. Many people came from that church. We prayed for them, and they were delivered. That ministry had blinded the whole state and even many government officials were going there. I give God the glory, because many souls were rescued from darkness to holiness. There was also a river called Nakpong, there's a lady who said that she had gone to get water from the river, and ever since that time, when it's night, she's always seeing herself moving in the water. We give God the glory that many were delivered from demonic attacks.
I also got an opportunity to preach on a radio station called Yambio FM. I was given an opportunity three times to teach people by the recommendation of one person who attended our teachings and said, he wants the world to hear this kind of teaching, so he paid for that program three times. It was every Saturday. People were calling from everywhere asking where the church is located, and asking a lot of questions. Others were prayed for on radio, and the following Saturday we were getting calls of people testifying of what God had done for them. It was really amazing. So many people confessed their sins to God . I saw people praying with tears dropping. I [realized there doesn't seem to be enough time for all we would like to do], but I thank God I left the ministry stronger than how we got it. Some LTG groups were established by the grace of God. And I left the elder with a good number of LTG cards to guide them, because I went with printed copies. We also visited a lady who was attacked by wicked armed men that cut her daughter into pieces to death. We preached to the family, and they all gave their lives to Jesus. And we gave to the family a love offering. I also went with a few Bibles and distributed to those who didn't have one, at least so that some among the many believers would have Bibles.
We also staged open air meetings in specific areas where we saw there was absolutely no church at all. We went there with the gospel.
I also thank God, because the first time we were coming back to Juba and failed to make it through, there were high chances of losing our lives, but God fought for us. When we returned to Yambio, we discovered that a number of people who traveled that day [on the road we had been on] were killed, including one pastor who had gone to fish in that area. He was killed and his body found lifeless in the bush after three days of serious searching for him.
But I saw God speaking on our behalf. Those [rebels who stopped us on the road] only took the money we had. They also took a small phone from the brother I was moving with, but I thank God mine was not stolen, because I had put it in my socks. Then they directed us that we should not continue with our journey but go back to where we had come from. I took it that God had not yet wanted us to leave the state and indeed alot of things happened in those few days we stayed with our brothers.
On our second attempt to return to Juba, the journey was okay, but we had a big challenge with fuel. If we had not had our own private means of transportation (motorcycle), I really don't know if we would have made it back. It would have been very challenging. Fuel prices had tripled, and I really don't know why. And it was also difficult to get fuel, because most of the selling points decided to close.
I arrived home in Juba on Saturday night. On Sunday after service, we went to get the dead body of sister Angel from the mortuary. We had worship and teachings through the night, and Monday morning I led the burial service. She was buried on Monday. [Note: this was a woman who had recently come to Christ out of prostitution when she got saved through Br Henry's ministry, and become an intercessor for the lost. Her former controllers murdered her while Br Henry was away.]

Bro Henry.

Dear bro Len,
I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I would love to begin by thanking God for the great work He has done in South Sudan through your ministry...And because of that knowledge I got, God is really transforming lives and people are rejecting the devil and coming to Jesus.
My brothers in Yambio requested, that I should have fellowship with them on Sunday, and a meeting with the leaders on Monday. Then on Tuesday is when I plan to start my journey to Juba. I have seen great healing. On Friday night passed midnight, a group of people came and were knocking hard on my house where I am sleeping. When I had this, something came to my thought that I have been attacked. So I just went on my knees and I started praising the Lord, and after I soaked my self and my brother I was with in the room in the blood of Jesus Christ. As I was praying, I had a voice telling me, that I should not fear. So I immediately stopped praying and opened my eyes, but the voices were still coming in from outside telling me to open the door. I also wondered because the door is not strong, because if kicked it can open immediately, why don't they just push it. I decided to open, to my surprise I got these were soldiers in uniform with guns, then one said that servant of God, don't fear because we are not hear to harm you, but we want help. I got close to them, then I realized they had carried with them another soldier very sick, and unable to breath well. They were all requesting I should help them, because they have been hearing my teachings. They said one of their colleagues attended my programs somewhere, but could not say where exactly. I preached about Jesus to them briefly, and they all accepted Jesus as their Lord and savior. I then worshiped the Lord and prayed for the sick. After the prayers, he was delivered and breathing well glory be to God.
This is one of the amazing testimonies this week, but God has done a lot more.
Your servant,
Bro Henry.

Dear bro Len,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am grateful to God for the great work he is doing in South Sudan. It's unfortunate that I am finding it hard to get full updates from other states in South Sudan about Phase III, because of network issues, but briefly I am informed the fellowships are going on well. However, I still didn't manage to go back to Juba from the time we failed to make it last time due to insecurity on the road, but I plan to start my travel back by this week.
God is doing amazing things in Yambio, the numbers of believers are increasing everyday. I have established other 3 different alters for fellowship in Western Equatorial, and people are coming. On Monday we have bible study. I see many of those who gave their lives to Jesus coming for the teachings and lives are changing.
There's a lady by the names Anita, who gave her life to Jesus, and she has been attending the teachings. The Monday of last week, she confessed to me that through the teachings, she really wants to change because she now believes there's life after death. She had spent 30 years without going to the church. She's now 46 years old. She told me that she has been a prostitute, and she has done a lot of bad things against God. But as she has been attending my teachings, she said all what she did against God is now so painful to her, and she is ready to serve the Lord. I prayed for her and she was delivered, the evil spirit was shouting through her that she belongs to them. She tried to tear her clothes so that she remains naked but my team was able to control the situation though the clothes were torn halfway. This happened during her deliverance.
I am planning to conduct water baptism of those who have not yet been baptized before I travel to Juba. Many people are being delivered, and filled with the Holy Spirit.
I also visited a brother who was arrested, and put in prison because of the gospel. He went to pray with a certain family, and when they husband came back home, he claimed he was in a hidden relationship with his wife that's why he went to his home. I prayed for him, and also advised him not to go and do such ministries alone, especially going to someone's home. It's better to go with other witnesses. I preached there and other prisoners also gave their lives to Jesus.
I really appreciate your prayers. God is working. Many people have died, and houses burnt, but God has given us confidence to continue with the gospel. It's the only thing that people now want to hear, especially in this season. Many people have lost confidence in the flesh, and eager to follow Jesus.
I have seen great revival in the land, some people come to the church and say they dreamed that God was instructing them to come. There's a lady who came and said that she dreamed that she was giving her life to Jesus, and yet she was a strong Catholic who didn't believe in salvation. She was so frightened, so she came to me ready to be a born again, I just confirmed the dream by leading her life to salvation through confession. I give God much praise, because of the great work He is doing. There's also a lady I prayed with who had stomach issues for a very long time, when she went back home, at night she dreamed that someone was telling her that "you are now healed," and from that day the problem is over.
I have also taught about LTGs in Western Equatorial, and we forming different LTG groups.
Let's pray for our travel back to Juba, and I will be sharing with you must next move as I continue with Phase III based on what God has put in my heart. I love you so much, and you are always in my prayers, brother Len.
Your servant,
Bro Henry.

Dear bro Len,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am glad to report to you, after a very long time of struggle to reach you. I tried to reach bro Grace on Whatsapp if he could help to pass my greetings to you, but he was also offline. Sometimes WhatsApp can open though messages take long to be forwarded, but to some extent it works better than email.
I have been in Yambio for quite longer than I had planned, due to some challenges of insecurity in the state. The state has been more insecure than it has ever been before. For the two weeks I have been here, the government has changed governors two times trying to look for a solution to end the ongoing conflict between the rebels and the government.
By the grace of God, we have managed to hold fellowships where people are getting delivered, and many being filled by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit has touched a good number of women, who are now working so much for the work of God besides the men. The community leaders are welcoming the gospel with open hands, thanking God for the true gospel. They are confessing that, they were tired of churches, because they only come with gospel of prosperity and yet people are dying on daily basis. They are happy because the gospel is now reconciling the relationship of people with God. I see people repenting and tears are just flowing. I will share some pictures when I come back to Juba, because currently the network is very poor.
We were meant to be back by Saturday of last week, but on our way back to Juba, we were intercepted by a certain group, which I suspected to be that of the rebels. We were searched thoroughly, but they only found our IDs for the church and a small amount of money. They kept our money and gave us our IDs back then requested that we should not continue but go back to where we are coming from. So we decided to report back to the state, and continue with the work of God. Later on we got information that many people who were traveling to Juba by road on that day were abducted, and taken to the bush. I really thank God for his protection upon our lives. Your advise about praying before I travel, I took it so serious. And I am now seeing the hand of God.
The war at state level has intensified. Let's pray for South Sudan, because people are dying like animals. God has put it in my heart to tell people about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, so that they prepare.
I am so grateful to God for His protection.
Your servant,
Bro Henry.
February 9, 2026
I thank God we were happily welcomed by the elder here, and other brothers and sisters in the Lord. We organized a revival prayer meeting where we are meeting from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, and I have people being delivered and filled with the Holy Spirit. Very many believers had scattered, but by the grace of God we have managed to reach them out, and many are coming back for fellowship. I will share with you my plans and programs as I am still this side for prayers, and guidance.
We have also had serious challenges with power, there's completely no power this side. They're using generators, and when you take the phone for charging, it takes really long to be full. Sometimes you are required to leave it there for one full day to two days. Sometimes there's fear that you may also lose the phone. Secondly the network is so poor. We are also facing serious threatening messages from the rebel groups in the area, the threats come to the entire state. It may limit us from reaching some communities. I have also conducted burial of one gentleman, who went and just threw himself in water. The river is called Nakpong. During that time, five people gave their lives to Jesus. I also went and prayed there ,because I was told that that river is evil, and many people have died the same way in the same river.
I apologize for being on and off but it's due to the very poor network this side and power challenges.
Bro Henry.
