As we reported previously, one of our Doulos Training School (DTS) graduates, brother Grace Okurut (pictured left), conducted an far-reaching
evangelistic outreach across Uganda, by the grace of God. Now he has transitioned to Phase II - Conserving the Harvest. The goal in this phase is to follow up on those who got saved during the evangelistic outreach initially, baptize them in water, pray for them to receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit and fire, get them into discipleship groups, teach them the basics of being a disciple, equip the saints for works of service, establish new churches, and appoint elders to shepherd those congregations.

Greetings dear brother Len in the Lovely Name of Jesus Christ!
Today has been another day of follow up, though challenging. We managed to gather in a man named Otim's home (wearing a cap and seen at the left in the photo) and his wife pictured at the extreme right. He is a staunch Catholic, but the Lord opened up his heart, and he received us with the newly born again people you see in the photo. Others were unable to attend, but we met them in their respective homes; some needed deliverance, counseling, etc.
We are preparing them for LTG, later baptism in water, as we still battle with religious spirits, but thanking God for the major breakthrough achieved. Pray with us that tomorrow will come with better results.
One of our team members had an emergency call to Lira, while one traveled to Aabiya in Amuria district, our next mission destination. He traveled to secure a place for us to stay ahead of our planned journey.
Thank you brother for the guidance.
Blessings to you.

Praise the Lord brother!
We came here for follow-up, conserving the harvest. Work started yesterday, following up from person to person, home to home. We have found out that the spirits of religion, prostitution and witchcraft need to be dealt with!
Some of the people we prayed for still hide under their religious umbrella, a few are ok with the new life [that they have received, but] we still meet new people in our follow-up, and hence some accept the Lord. All in all it's a wonderful, but challenging experience!
There is only one born again Church in the area that is struggling without people! We met the Pastor lady who hosted us for a while. I also talked with her about our DTS, she is positive and will send you her contact.
Today is our second day in follow-up. We will see how it goes and get in touch with you tomorrow.
Blessings.

Conserving the harvest is really a priority now; water baptism, baptism with the Holy Spirit and fire, and discipleship. This should be done in places such as Otucopi, Odokomit, Nakatunya, in Soroti; then Mbale, Kampala in 2 locations, Otuboi in Kalaki, Ongole, and Awaliwal, Ojukot in Kalaki.
We need to appoint elders and pastors in these areas for the churches urgently. I consider moving to these locations with a smaller team of 6. Yes, brother, there will be many congregations.
Brother Len, what God has put in your heart about the new congregations is exactly what we had been talking about as a mission's team, we thank God for the confirmation. What you have shared with me is very very right, urgent and timely!
We thank God dear brother for His grace, guidance,
God bless you,
Bro Grace.

Do You Want to Know Him?
If you want to know Jesus personally, you can. It all begins when you repent and believe in Jesus. Do you know what God's Word, the Bible says?
“Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.’” (Mar 1:14b-15). He preached that we must repent and believe.
Please see my explanation of this in my post called "Do You Want to Know Jesus?"
