Two days ago, I had received the following text message from my sister Janet on the morning of Wednesday, April 15th, who was diagnosed a few years ago with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD):
”I’ve had shortness of breath these last few days Which isn’t so good with my COPD. I’ve been holding off from calling the doctor and am using my inhalers to help with breathing. I’ve had a cold settled in my lungs which doesn’t help. Asking for prayer. Thank you . Love, Janet.”
I replied saying I was praying for her and that we’d also be lifting her up in prayer that evening in our family prayer meeting.
This morning, I received a text from her saying, “Hi Len...Just letting you know you my breathing seems like it’s improving.!!! Thank you all for prayers.”
So I asked her to call me from her landline, since her cell was not working. When she did, I began by telling her that the condition she has is not COPD, but BHSIH, By His Stripes I’m Healed. She said that she has been declaring that exact promise to Him just to make it up the stairs. She would stop in the stairs and say, “Lord Jesus, by your stripes I’m healed.” That’s according to 1 Pe 2:24. So that was a word of knowledge the Lord gave me for her in order to encourage her and build up her faith. I told her the Lord was pleased with her faith and wanted her to know that, so that’s why He had me say that to her. I then encouraged her with other Scripture promises for healing, in order to further build her faith. Then I broke all curses related to her past years of smoking that she had already been forgiven for and delivered from. I bound and rebuked COPD and commanded it to come out of her and return to the pit. I then asked for a gift of healing from the Lord and the miracle of a new respiratory system from heaven’s body parts warehouse to be given to her by a healing angel. I pleaded the blood of Jesus upon her and had her place her hand upon her chest as I was praying for her in order for the healing power of God to flow. I felt the presence of the Lord as I prayed for her to be healed. Afterward she said there were tears streaming down her face and that when I prayed, she “felt something happen.” We then worshipped the Lord with the Hallelujah chorus, first with the word “Hallelujah” and then with “I am healed now, I am healed now”. She said, “Thank you, Lord Jesus, for healing me.”
The next day, I texted Janet to ask how her breathing is doing, and she replied, “It’s like a complete turn around. I slept great and breathing is getting better everyday! I keep declaring Is 53:5”
We give God all the glory for the miraculous healing in her life.

Do You Want to Know Him?
If you want to know Jesus personally, you can. It all begins when you repent and believe in Jesus. Do you know what God's Word, the Bible says?
“Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.’” (Mar 1:14b-15). He preached that we must repent and believe.
